Rondo brought his all with a total of 44 points which is the most points in a game for his career. He didn’t sit down at all and played like a champ. Those last two back to back 3′s were crazy! But I always knew that the Heat would be able to deliver when the time came, and boy did they!
And even though the Charlotte Bobcats had a 25% chance of getting the #1 NBA Lottery Draft Pick, the rug was pulled from out under their feet and the #1 Pick this year will go to the New Orleans Hornets.
Who else is disappointed?
I mean the Bobcats will still get a good pick regardless because they’re #2 but it’s highly unlikely that they’ll get Anthony Davis who is probably going to be drafted first by the New Orleans Hornets.
But did any of you guys see the Draft on TV? The Cavaliers owner sent his son (who looks 12 but sounds 32) as the Cavs representative. I thought it was pretty funny. WHY DON’T I GET TO BE ON THE NBA DRAFT LOTTERY STAGE AS A REPRESENTATIVE?!?!
He was actually on last year too and he was 14 last year so I guess that means he’s 15 this year.

I don’t really have anything against the Spurs, I actually like them a lot as a team but after losing a few bets on some bad playoff series that included the Spurs I’ve stopped putting too much faith in them. Guess I was wrong about that this year huh?
I just don’t know what is going on with the Thunder. They need to mix things up and step up their defensive game to match the level at which the Spurs are playing at this year.
The Spurs only had a better shooting percentage when it came to Field Goals but they were able to work together as a team to win Game 2 at home. 5 players scored in the double digits and Tony Parker had the most points today with 34.
Not really happy with that Ibaka/Jackson Technical shit that was going on.
I’m really happy that the Thunder were able to shorten the Spurs 22 point lead but it wasn’t enough. Maybe with Perkins on the floor things might have been different?
I really hope the Thunder bring their A game from here on out. I know they’ve been working hard but coach needs to change things up if he wants to see a change in his team.
It’s not even halftime yet and the Clippers have been traveling the shit out of this game and most of them have been getting away with it too, which I say is total bull honkey!
Chris Paul took 3 whole steps before he passed that ball to Bitch Griffin and not only did they fail to call the travel but they counted the basket that Griffin made after such an illegal pass.

One of America’s most famous car racers and designers passed away today at age 89.
You may have never heard of Carroll Shelby but I am more than certain that you have ogled some of the cars that he has designed because I know that I have. Shelby has been a trailblazer in the world of both automotive ingenuity and the culture that still surrounds racing today. How crazy is it to think that this man helped engineer a racing machine that would beat Enzo Ferrari’s mad racing streak.
This man was not only an automotive super hero but he was also a beacon of hope to those who needed a role model. Having a rough childhood riddled with sickness and again battling with illness and severe injuries from racing accidents Shelby has battled his way through on to the next project and he has been a key part of design even up till his death. But what made Shelby a true hero was that he even founded his own foundation in order to aid children who were in need of organ transplants. This was a man who gave back to his community and never forgot his roots as the son of a rural mail carrier.
The only thing I think people get confused on is what company Shelby designed cars for. For the younger generation they would most remember him for the Ford Mustang Shelby pictured below:
but Shelby was most popularly known for his AC (Auto Carriers) Motors based Shelby American Cobra:
and then after beating Enzo Ferrari at Le Mans in 1959, Henry Ford II eventually recruited him in hopes to build a car that would beat out Ferrari at future Le Mans competitions and Ford hired the right man. The Ford group had 4 consecutive Le Mans wins from 1966 through 1969 thanks to Shelby.
and most of you may have already forgotten or may have never made the connection in the first place but Carroll Shelby was also responsible for the Dodge Shelbys/ Shelby Dodges.
Why’d he start working with Dodge? because Lee Iacocca asked him to. Iacocca was responsible for getting Shelby to Ford so this time he had him work as a “Performance Consultant” on the Dodge Viper but he ended up helping to design and change previous designs for the new Dodges.
And Shelby didn’t stop here. Although there were a lot of ups and downs attached with it, he had also managed to take his original designs from paper to finished product to create the Shelby Series 1. But to keep a long story short his company (Shelby American) was bought up, then that company (Venture Corporation) went bankrupt but not because of their Shelby purchase and Shelby ended up buying his stock back for pennies on the dollar but his Vehicle Safety Standards certificate had expired so he sold his car without a motor or transmission as a “component car” but people still bought them and made their own Series 1 Shelbys at home.
Makes me just want to up and be a car designer! I WISH!

Zach Randolph made 16 rebounds today and Marc had the most points with 23. The Grizzlies had an overall better shooting percentage except for the free throws because towards the end the Grizzlies missed a lot of their free throws. But what’s surprising to me is that the Grizzlies had a total of 22 turnovers in comparison to the Clippers 9 but they still managed to kick some serious Clipper ass.
But boy was this game tense. Tied 6 times and 9 lead changes. But I believe the Grizzlies will be able to deliver the finishing blow to knock down the Clippers from the ranks.

Excuse all the boxes. I actually took this picture earlier this week so it doesn’t look like that right now. I’ll take another picture once I dismantle all of the boxes and throw them away. I’m about 80% done but it’s hard for me to carry the huge boxes downstairs so I’m taking my time. It’ll all get done though. I finished most of the other cleaning so we should be good.
We went to go look for a dinette set yesterday but the one we wanted is currently “in transit” so the lady said it would be a couple more weeks…I guess we’ll see. We’re having our open house tomorrow so we really wanted something in the house by either today or tomorrow but I guess that’s seeming a little improbable at the current moment. Oh well. It is what it is.
So yeah, I finally set up my computer so I can write real posts. I’m still not used to writing long posts on a laptop so I’m glad to be back on my computer. I forgot how good it feels to just sit in front of the computer and just write. It’s amazing! And I’ve missed all you guys too! I’ve mostly been cleaning and going to work and watching playoff games. But I’ll talk about that later.
I just have to say, I love our TV though. Not only do we get sports in HD but also the Food network and all my games look so amazing! Muhahaha. It’s bad because I don’t think I do anything else…hahaha. It’s so pretty…I don’t want to be away from it! I mean I spent the whole morning today watching “Food Network Star” which I am now officially hooked on after 2 episodes. DAMN YOU CABLE TV! Just SUCK the life right out of me why don’t you?!
Oh and the other day I was feeling a little down so I went on a little shopping spree and splurged on myself. Want to see what I got?
The girl at Gamestop convinced me to buy Killzone 3 and I actually like it a lot. Again, if I could pull myself away from Chopped or Storage Wars I would be playing more often…but it’s SO HARD! AH! For those of you who don’t know, I’ve never had cable my whole life except for those brief periods while staying at a hotel so this is something new for me and I just can’t get enough of it! I mean, I didn’t even watch TV these past 2 years. My TV was only on when I wanted to play video games and that was about it.
Oh and I also pre-ordered Black Ops II so they gave me a free poster and I get some cool perks for preordering early! Yay! This actually made my day because I left all my other COD posters back home in LA. (God I hope my mother doesn’t rip/throw them away…) I wonder where I should put this one…
I actually went to Home Depot before work yesterday and I got some stuff to hang up the art that I brought with me so I’ll get started on that today when Mark gets home. I can’t wait to give our apartment a little flare. Our place is so modern though it’s pretty cool.

A fan can only take SO MUCH NBA trade rumors so I thought it was about time I go back to my first true love…CARS.
I thought it’d be fun to educate and remember how awesome Datsun’s were. I can’t wait to get my hands on one when I have the cash too.
But before that, here’s some basic info on Datsun:
Datsun was a marketing brand thought up by DAT Motorcar Co in 1931 but initially it was called the Datson to refer to the smaller size of the vehicle. The name DAT is an acronym from the 3 founders names. You know, kind of like N’Sync. Or at least I think that’s what it was…I can’t even remember now. But anyways, after Nissan took over they changed the “son” part to “sun” to give honor to the Japanese Sun that is part of the logo and because “son” (損) meant loss in Japanese. But Nissan phased out the car by 1986. Even before WW2 Datsuns were a very popular brand and Nissan produced all their cars, except for the trucks, as Datsuns. If anything the Datsun has its roots and story going as far back as Fords. Seriously, starting from early 1900s these babies have been in production! But the reason why they phased out the name was because the new president of Nissan wanted to strengthen the brand power behind the name NISSAN not Datsun. What a fat bastard right?
The cool thing about Datsuns is that they are not just comprised of the average sedan and light weight truck. They are a part of racing history!
With over 80 SSCA racing titles, consecutive Daytona wins and over 200 IMSA victories, Datsuns were a BEAST! They’d take their cars all over the world to race competitively!
Imagine racing one of these babies starting as early as the 1930s, if not earlier!
And every time they lost in a race they just went back to the drawing board to come up with an even better concept that would wow the judges come the next racing season.
But when did Datsun come to America?
Well service men who had been in Japan because of the war had been sneaking them over…somehow. God only knows how those people do it. I once had a friend who’s grandfather sent home piece by piece a German motorcycle and when he got home from the war he rebuilt it himself. Now THAT’S dedication. But after showing at the 1958 Los Angeles Import Car Show they got a few inquiries and they decided to test it out and it was out on the local beach in California that same year. But do you want to know what REALLY got sales rolling? The Fairlady and the bluebird (for obvious reasons).
If only they still made cars like these right?
After that sales just kept getting better for Nissan/Datsun.
But what car MADE Datsun in the US? The 510.
Not only are future Nissans based on it’s design but because of the low cost, great styling and up to date engineering the 510 was nothing but a steal!
Sales just skyrocketed year after year starting at 58,000 in 1968 all the way up to 154,000 in 1970. That’s a LOT of cars sold.
And of course they came out with newer models but like I said earlier they nixed using the name Datsun and started creating the Nissan sedan. It just wasn’t the same after that.
The real downfall of Datsun was when Nissan decided to “let go” of Mr. Yutaka Katayama who in his 15 years at Datsun really turned things around and made a name for Nissan in America but his bold and American Business-like tactics were not well accepted so they moved him to a subsidiary. After he was gone Nissan as well as Datsun just became the norm. There was nothing new and stunning about the cars that had come after his leave. He made Datsun what it is today but I guess it’s what happened to the guy who made Carl’s Jr. right? Just farm him out somewhere. Such a shame sometimes what big corporations can do to ruin themselves. Oh well…
And on a side note, I’m sorry but the new 2002 Datsuns suck. That’s it.

I feel like I need to write a blog every time the Charlotte Bobcats win.
Dear lord, I don’t even know how they did it today!
Granted it was against the Hornets who are 10-32 but that’s still quite a feat considering Maggette only made 2 points and played for less than 10 minutes. And the highest scoring player was Henderson with 15 points… But you know what they had going for them? Team work. Something some other teams can learn a lesson from. If you look at the stats the rebounds, assists and steals are pretty evenly spread throughout the team. There may not be a star player but by distributing the work I think they got a good thing going today. A little disappointed by the 5 turnovers by Augustin but that can be forgiven. And do you know what else is crazy? They made 0 out of 12 3pointers that they attempted. So their stat for 3PM-A is literally 0.0% and they still beat the Hornets…good for them. A lot of people are out today on the Hornets but I’m still proud of the Bobcats none the less.
Biyombo killed it today. Not only did he make an awesome dunk but also a game saving block. It’s because of days like this you’re happy you’re a fan of the NBA.
I just wish Michael Jordan would dish out a little for his NBA team, you know? Does he just have blinders on? Wants to give the underdogs a chance?
But it’s been like this since MJ’s been playing in the league. Encouraging the draft picks of some less than great players. Come on, how could you get rid of Raymond Felton & Tyson Chandler?!
AND taking a stand AGAINST players during the lockout when YOU WERE A GOD DAMN PLAYER TOO? Come on now…
It’s like owning your own business, just because you’re good at your specific skill it DOES NOT MEAN that you have the capabilities of running an independent business by yourself. And I feel MJ is one of those people, sad because he’s one of the best players of all time.

Let’s all face it, I was right, Carmelo doesn’t really play well with others. What? It’s true. The only real question is…what do the Knicks do about their team now? They can’t trade Lin because they’d get backlash about that and they can’t trade Carmelo because they gave up everything to get him last year, JR Smith fluctuates on his performance. It’s not so much that they need better players, they just need to find a way to manage the players that they already have. They could be such an All Star team if only they could figure out the right game plan to match everyone’s needs.
I mean…it’s been a close game today. Besides 3 pointers the Knicks have better shooting statistics today but the Bulls have better teamwork. No duh.
They’re averaging better rebounds, assists, steals, blocks…less personal fouls as well as turnovers. And of course Derrick Rose kills it with 32 points.

Not all hope is lost! The Timberwolves are still doing pretty well despite the loss of their young rookie athlete!
Pekovic and Beasley are bringing their A game tonight against the Suns! But like I keep saying. They need to work on their free throws. They used to be the champs at free throws but as of late they’ve been way below par. Sad but it’s the truth and don’t you dare deny it! Otherwise all their shooting percentages are above 50% as of the 2nd quarter. They’ve also made 5 out of 8, 3 point attempts so that’s a good start too. You never know, one of Mike Beasley’s 3 pointers might end up winning the game!
Should the Twolves really trade Beasley at this point? Just saying.
Wolves (or should I say Los Lobos) are leading the Los Suns 63-56 at halftime.
Now to watch the Celtics play the 2nd best team in LA…
A lot of fans were heartbroken at the loss of Ricky Rubio for the season, (and to be completely honest, I wasn’t one of them). I mean they call this a blog right? I’m being honest, don’t shoot me for it. But where as a lot of fans gave up hope of the Timberwolves being playoff contenders this year, I didn’t realize why everyone gave up so easily. Yes, Kevin Love can’t carry the whole team by himself. Yes, they need another young amazing point guard but was it quitting time already? I mean, I’m not even a Timberwolves fan but I wouldn’t give up on my team THAT quickly. Dear lord, it’s just one rookie. If you hold so much weight on just one player, you know there’s something wrong with how players are valued. It’s a TEAM effort people. Otherwise every game would be a 1 on 1 of every teams best player. What? Are we supposed to believe that a single player carries the whole team? (Not unless you’re Lebron James!) Haha. But anyways, the Timberwolves are doing just fine and everyone is pulling their own weight as well as supporting the rest of the team LIKE HOW A TEAM SHOULD BE. Of course they’re not going to be Championship contenders but we all know only a few select teams are even close to that. We watch the NBA to support the game as well as our favorite teams and players but this isn’t the end of the world. With this super compact season, players are getting injured left and right. I mean now we have 2 masked villains in LA. The Mamba and the CP3? Haha.
AS LONG AS THEY WORK ON THEIR FREE THROWS and keep up the team work, they will be fine.
Kevin Love was struggling in the first half and his shooting was 5-13 but as he made his way into the second half of the game he managed to turn it around into shooting 11-23, not GREAT but better than where he was at the start of the game.
And surprisingly Pekovic has been playing well the whole game making 24 points (11-17), 8 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 steals.
Ridnour needs to watch the number of turnovers he makes every game…AND Pekovic…needs to watch it both on the fouls and the turnovers.
And as a team they’ve made 14 out of 22, 3 pointers, pretty good.
Love + Pekovic was a great matchup against Nash + Dudley
Steve Nash had 10 assists today. Too bad Amare is with the Knicks now… but Nash has always been amazing with assists, too bad it takes more than that to get a ring. Sucks but it’s the truth.
So basically, Timberwolves fans don’t fret. The season isn’t over yet.
You WILL lose to the Lakers this Friday making it a 19 straight win for the Lakers against the Twolves but that one was inevitable, Rubio or not. But they have an easy week up until they play the Thunder.
They play the Jazz on Thursday and they’ve been better than them so far so I’m sure it won’t be that big of a deal. As long as they keep up what they did today and play a good game then there shouldn’t be a problem in winning.
Oh and because this is somewhat related…
Kevin Love helped released the new Octopus at the Aquarium they have at the Mall of America.
(I’ve actually been there, it’s pretty neat. That place really is the biggest fuckin mall in America, dear god).
And the Octopus’ name is K-Love. Huh…
Oh well. Kevin Love fed it and gave it a basketball toy. Now we just need to wait 20 years for the octopus to grow to a ridiculous size so it can rape Kevin Love for releasing him into captivity. Sounds great. Maybe we should make a movie out of it.

God I used to play Call of Duty ALL THE FUCKIN TIME…but it’s like what happens every year. As soon as the new one comes out I take a couple days off of EVERYTHING so I can prestige the fuck out of it and then…soon after I get tired and stop playing.
Sucks because I actually started a clan this time around. Seriously, the day AFTER I made my clan I just stopped playing. I feel bad but I’ll be back and IHTM will be back better than ever! Hahaha. I play with so many people though it doesn’t even matter about clans. All my friends are serious BEASTS!
But do you know what the best thing is about COD? Being a girl and playing with a mic. I get the best responses from people it’s hilarious.

So we had my grandfather’s wake yesterday and another service along with the burial today and it was heartbreaking for all of us. So much so that my uncle forgot about his son’s YMCA basketball playoff game that by the time I reminded him it was too late to make it home and to the game. My cousin was depressed and my uncle told me to take him somewhere so I looked at who was playing a home game tonight and since the Lakers were away playing the New Orleans Hornets (who they beat) I decided we could go watch the Clippers because they were set to play the Hawks and I love Josh Smith.
When I looked up tickets they started at $1 each…seriously $1. So I upgraded our seats and got better for $4 per person. Haha. I got to take all 4 of my cousins to the game. I only usually take Matthew because the girls never showed much interest in sports but it was nice I could share the experience with all of them today.
So we bought tickets and made our way down to the Staples Center!
Boy was today special. Who thought rooting for the Hawks and Josh Smith would get me so much shit…ESPECIALLY when I’m with 4 little kids. Hahaha. We all laughed about it though.
They had a little Call of Duty Elite commercial going on. Which made me happy. Hahaha. I thought they were going to give away a Call of Duty jeep and I got all excited!…but they didn’t. Oh well.
When they introduced the Atlanta Hawks they played Star Wars music which was hilarious. I was like THIS JUST MAKES ME LIKE THEM EVEN MORE! YEAH! I mean…I still wish Mike Bibby was on the Hawks but we can’t win EVERYTHING right?
And like in every sports event in America they have to sing the national anthem before anyone does anything serious so tonight they brought out the kids from Hollywood High to sing the anthem and do you know what? It was the BEST FUCKIN ANTHEM EVER! You know why? Because when the camera man was slowly making his way around the encircled group to get a shot of each of their angelic singing faces all you could see in the back was crotch shot after crotch shot of each of the Clipper Spirits (Cheerleaders). They’re all ugly in the face so this was the best angle he was getting of them all night! Hahaha.
Aww. I had fans hatin’ on me ALL NIGHT LONG! These B.O. ridden, band wagon jumping jerks from douche city just kept cheering in my face and getting up after each play so I did the same exact thing. Every time the Hawks made a play I’d just stick it in their fuckin faces and you know what? The Clippers missed SO MANY free throws today it was embarrassing.
Sure, Blake Griffin can dunk but he has to be one of the WORST free throw shooters out there. I have proof!
Not to mention we all know this is a frequent occurrence. We all know today wasn’t the first time. Because I have proof of that too!
The 4 boys behind me kept dissing the Hawks but they kept asking me if I could buy them a beer because they’re underaged.

We talked sports some more and he kept saying, “This girl knows her NBA” but by the end of it they were asking for my number but I told them I was getting married. Hahaha.

My cousins had a fun time watching me yell at EVERYBODY! The other Hawks fans were so quiet. Every once in a while they would say something but not often.
It’s okay Hawks. Still #6 in the East! And Josh Smith probably isn’t going to be traded by tomorrow but I doubt he’ll be there during the off season.

All your star players are leaving for a better team and especially after that 42 point upset against the Knicks yesterday it’s no surprise everyone wants out. I don’t like Paul Pierce as a person but I can admit that he’s an amazing player and that he too shouldn’t be traded for peanuts. I thought he could be the Steve Nash of the Celtics and just live out his career there. UGH DANNY. Causing problems for everyone during the trade talk season. I’ll post my thoughts on Kias another time around. For being half Korean, I’m ashamed of Korean automobiles. If they could come up with even a HALF an original idea I wouldn’t be so disgusted by it.
So we all know about product placement and the techniques of branding that companies use, like well designed labeling and the weight of price over value, but what you don’t know is to what effects marketing tactics like these can have on an unsuspecting customer base.
What do I mean by this? For example Hyundai uses the same tactics to market their cars to not only the new younger generation but to those worried about the class status of their vehicle and what it in turn says about them. Like the design of a Hyundai but fear that you will be looked down upon for owning a cheap Korean car? Well look no further because for people who can’t tell the difference between a Mercedes Benz and a Hyundai without the hood ornament, all it takes is a new symbol.
The reason why I know it is working is because not only have people in LA been embracing the new design but because people who know me send me pictures of new Hyundai’s thinking it is a more expensive car that I might be interested in taking a look at. Yes, it’s happened. To the average Joe Shmoe the new Hyundai Genesis has the look of a brand new luxury sedan. The body shape of the Hyundai Genesis is basically the love child of the Toyota Camry and the Mercedes Benz S550 plus or minus an awkward looking grill

See the resemblance? But by taking off the Hyundai symbol that used to come on the older models it has boosted sales incredibly. When the Hyundai Genesis first went on sale August of 2008 sales were dismal but now but sales rose to over 21,000 vehicles in 2009 and they are expected to sell over 50,000 units every year from here on out. That’s a big jump from 6,000 units in 5 months.
But the marketing ploys don’t stop here. Toyota has the Lexus, Nissan has the Infinity so Hyundai wanted their own Premium Brand name as well so they created the Equus brand.
But instead of being original they have borrowed from many designs to make only an inferior copy of greatness. Basically they’ve made a rear wheel drive platform vehicle copy to try and sell to the mass population as a luxury sedan.
Unoriginal qualities
-The name itself is a Latin term meaning horse or steed. (Real Original).
-The hood ornament looks AWFULLY similar to the Rolls Royce flying woman emblem.
-Mercedes S Class body frame from the top/front & BMW 5/6 series frame from side and back.
-Double between Lincoln grill and the split grill BMW is known for.
-Mercedes Benz headlights / tail lights
Why would I pay over $60,000 for a mere shoddy replica of a nice car?
Heavy curb weight, horrible turning diameter, 15mpg…
It’s one thing to pay $34,000 on a car that looks expensive (Genesis) but it’s another thing to spend twice that on something that is basically the same but just has a V8 instead of a V6. Did I mention you get better gas mileage from the Genesis?
It’s hard to find anything that offsets the Equus from the Genesis. There is no WOW factor, even reviewers claim that this is the new Mercedes. Just because you copy the shape and look does not mean that the S class is replaceable. There is a reason the Mercedes Benz S Class keeps winning the Best Luxury Sedan of the year award.
For people who know nothing about cars and want to believe that the Hyudai Equus is better than the Mercedes Benz S Class, they can go right ahead into thinking so. Don’t fall for the branding marketing ploys of Hyundai.
Low Torque, Inferior Interior, no All wheel drive = THAT is what you’re getting from the Equus.
Coming from a family who owns multiple S Class Mercedes, never have they disappointed me in horsepower, interior design or driving capabilities.
So I was looking around Ebay for some more Lebron shirts when I came upon these black Nike Lebron Soldiers. Anyone who knows me knows I do not care two shits about shoes. I literally own 3 pairs of shoes right now. My cowboy boots, my high top converse and my Nikes that I bought to wear at the gym (I also got that on ebay for like $35, they were brand new and JUST my style and size!)
But I won these bad boys in my size for a whole $25. They’re brand new and usually $120. Not bad right?

I decided to get the CD I wanted too if I was going to buy shoes. Again, anyone who knows me knows that I NEVER spend money on CDs or DVDs. Most times I just think they’re wastes of money. And no, I don’t do that illegal download stuff either. If you ask anyone they will tell you that the few times I do buy a CD or a DVD I will listen/watch it a MILLION times. Quite literally.

I think Young needs some more practice with his team before he can be of any real help to them. He’s made 1 out of 6 shots, 1 out of 7 if you count the 3 pointer he missed. Then again…he’s made just as many points as all the starters have while playing half the time so maybe not. At least SOMEONE can make all their free throws… *ahem* Not like I really care though.
Trust me, we know that your situation is not the same as Dwight Howard’s, Carmelo Antony’s, Chris Paul’s or Peyton Manning’s. You’ve just become a cultural icon and people link leaving a team to you although what these players are doing is not directly related or similar to what you had to do when you decided to leave Cleveland. It’s become the new cultural euphemism that people link with sports and the movement of players. For people who seriously think that all of these scenarios are EXACTLY the same, they are very misinformed and oblivious to what is ACTUALLY happening in the sports world.
We know that you neither forced a trade while you were under your contract like Antony or Paul and that you also did not threaten to leave your team during the active season like Howard has done.
People become blind to the true meanings behind actions and instead stereotype seemingly similar actions in order to have a chance at relating to other people and the ideas that they are discussing. It has nothing to do with you as a player or as an individual. Haters are always going to hate. And for those of you who read my blog know that I made that “To pull a Lebron” definition up just to have fun. I mean he’s my #1 favorite player in the NBA. Haha.
He gave Cleveland 7 years of his NBA life and career. It is not his fault that the team did not build a team around him for that long. He carried the whole team to the finals. When I talk to Lebron haters they say that he gave up during the finals but how could you say that about someone? Giving up AT the NBA FINALS? After they’ve worked years to get there? That’s a bunch of bullshit.
He was an unrestricted free agent. He had no obligation to fulfill to the Cavaliers. We can’t all be like Steve Nash and stay with the same team for life.

I looked for classes in Oahu and all I find are Motocross parks. What? Is everyone on the island of Hawaii just BORN with the know how on how to ride a dirt bike? It’s times like these I wish I grew up with a red neck dad…
So instead I tried to look for classes in LA so I could learn before I had to move and they’re all a kazillion miles away and cost hundreds of dollars. Fine. I can pay $200 for an all day class but I have to drive 40+miles too? UGH. REALLY?

Maybe I’ll just focus on finding a new place to continue learning how to pole dance. How sad is that? It’s easier for me to be a stripper than to enjoy the outdoors on a bike. REALLY SAD.

So I’m here today to do some research as to why there are an overwhelming number of googly eyed or bug eyed players in the NBA. Does it help them succeed? Does it help them bring all the boys to the yard? Who knows? One thing I do know is that before I can go any further with this study that it is important to define what it is that I mean when I say googly eyed so what better place to get a definition than from Urban Dictionary?
There were several different definitions but I thought the one that served our purpose best was this one:
Googly Eyed - Human eyes that protrude from the skull in a manner similar to a frog or a fish. This gives the freakish human an increased field of view, double that of a normal person. This strange feature often results in severe rejection by the opposite sex.
Example: My roomate has repulsive googly eyes; I get scared when I see them shine in the dark.

Overall…(most times) Clippers fans are nicer than Lakers fans. Except for that one time last week when I went to go see Josh Smith and TMac play. How could you hit on me after you talk smack to me all game long? Forget you. Hahaha.

It sucks having a cold and losing my voice but do you know what IS awesome? The Clippers dropping down to 6th in the Western Conference.
They’ve already lost 9 out of 15 games this month. Ouch.
Chris Paul even lost at his first game home in New Orleans since the trade. That must be painful.
The Hornets had 20 turnovers to the Clippers 11 but what saved them was their high shooting percentages. The Hornets had 5 team members droppin down double digits to the Clippers measly 3. Chris Paul was shooting 5 out of 14 yesterday AND he had 5 personal fouls. Nick Young played more minutes last night at around 30 minutes but he still has a lot to work on. Young made 3 rebounds, 7 points but also had 3 personal fouls and 3 turnovers. Too bad the Clippers don’t have anyone else to use as a starter. Oh well. Not my problem.
But let’s talk about Chris Kaman! He was on FIRE last night against his old teammate! 10 rebounds, 1 assist, 4 block shots and 20 points! He did have 7 turnovers though which he needs to work on.
Blake the highlight Griffin made some slam dunks like normal but I doubt that’s going to get the Clippers very far. One thing it WILL help is the Obese children of America…hmmm $100 to help fight obesity. How would they use that money anyways? Oh yeah…just use that money to pay the people up top and just stop the kids from eating. SMART PLAN! Haha. I’m just jokin. He does donate money but again, THAT does not make him a GREAT player. Averaging in the mid 30% percentile for Field Goals Made compared to Attempted is really hitting them hard. And Griffin’s been missing way too many easy points by throwing more air balls.
I was talking to Alex about this yesterday and you know what? It’s true. The Lakers girls are SO much hotter AND prettier than the Clipper Spirits.

I was eating Pho tonight watching the game between Ohio State and Syracuse and I was so sad that they lost! UGH! But the Pho made it all better…hahaha

It sucks because Syracuse had a better shooting percentage overall tonight. Not enough rebounds and too many personal fouls. A lot of bad calls too. UGH.
I usually write about basketball and I probably will again after this post but I haven’t written down what I’ve been doing with my life, just what other people have been doing with theirs so here goes!

Friday I had a day off so I spent it with…Phoebe! We had some QUALITY girl time and we got to talk about a lot of things. She hasn’t really explored LA too much yet so I decided to show her around so I drove basically EVERYWHERE from 4 o’clock on out. I took her to Wackos and it literally BLEW her mind. Didn’t spend TOO much time there because I was hungry so we went to go eat at Umami Burger. FUCK IT WAS GOOD! Well…it’s ALWAYS good. I got to see all the usual people and Scott came in to work while we were eating too!
What did I have to eat…A something Poutine Burger? I don’t know what it was but it was delicious!
Mushrooms + Cheese + Beef Patty + ON A BED OF FUCKING FRIES.

And then Scott brought out this CRAZY dessert!
Two layers of thin oatmeal cookies that were like deep fried with caramel sauce and ice cream on top. I thought I had died and gone to heaven! FUCK it was good…
And then I drove down Laurel Canyon all the way to Studio City which was pretty nice. I bought a new black dress but no pictures yet…sorry. Walked around, talked some more.
Then I drove back to my place and we swapped some clothes, talked, tried to watch some stuff but didn’t really have a chance to because we were talking so much. All in all it was an AWESOME day! It was my first time hanging out with Phoebe but it felt like we had been friends forever! I’m sad it’s not going to happen more often…with me moving and everything. I just hope everyone comes to visit me sometime.
Saturday I went to work. It was busy but I was working a private party so it wasn’t bad at all. I had some…Fat C**** that attended and DIDN’T tip but fuck her.
And then I went out with Setsu. I had a bunch of stuff to give her since I’m moving so it made for a nice opportunity to hang out and talk like old times. I think we’ve known each other … god I don’t even know how many years it’s been. It’s been a LONG time, that’s for sure.
We went to eat Pho because we had both been craving it so it was AWESOME! Syracuse losing wasn’t awesome but I got over it. (No I didn’t). Apparently Amy’s parents drove 4 hours to NC to watch the Kansas game. That’s hardcore. I have faith that they’ll win. Not even sweating it.
After that we went to this place called Yellow House near my house. It’s literally less than a mile from my house and I’ve never been there. UGH…but there’s a good reason why. I hate rude servers. COME ON! I’M FUCKING PAY YOU TO WORK, DON’T TALK BACK TO ME!

The nurse told me not to have any soda, caffeine, dairy or any of that good stuff but I saw an Almond Roca Latte on the menu so I couldn’t resist! Too bad it sucked donkey balls. It tasted like that stuff you make by adding those coffee packets they have at hotel rooms with hot water, like watered down shit. It was gross. Sorry Setsu. She ended up getting a Shaved Ice with Fruit, which also looked disgusting…ugh fruit. Whoever thought ice + condensed milk + fruit + strawberry ice cream + fruity pebbles was a good idea should be hung.
And they also had smores on the menu so I thought, hey why not?

Ugh…it WOULD be nice to go to one more game this season before I leave and before the playoffs… Mark and I should be back for the Playoffs. Not too sure what’s happening this year because we’re going to Hong Kong but I’m sure we’ll figure something out…

The NBA scene has been going crazy while I’ve been gone so I don’t even know where to start!

I was at the Clippers vs Kings game where Blake Griffin made that shot when he was down. Thank God it didn’t count for jack shit though. Yay!

And while I’ve been gone the Celtics have managed to work their way up the Eastern Conference ladder while other teams seem to be losing their star players. I mean in one week Kobe Bryant, Kevin Love and even Corey Maggette is out. Not to mention the other people who have been knocked down along the way.
The only thing that sucks about being in Hawaii is that most of these games happen anytime from 10am to like 3pm my time. When am I supposed to watch these games? While I’m at work? Ugh…Whenever I have a chance to look at my phone to see the scores the games have already ended…that’s something that I’m going to have to get used to…it might take some time though.
And I’d still like to see the Bucks make the playoffs this year if at all possible…they just need to win their games and make sure that the Knicks keep losing.

Lebron made 30 points, 6 rebounds and 5 asssists.
Wade had 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists.
Bosh had 20 points, 8 rebounds and 2 assists.
But the Bulls had more players (5) having double digit scoring and the Bulls had a better 3 point shooting average which makes a big difference. 11 out of 22 3 points shots made is pretty impressive.
AND OMG BYNUMS 30 REBOUNDS! That kid can only get better. I’m glad we didn’t trade you!
It was the Lakers first out of 3 games with the Spurs and Bynum killed it!
All 3 games that the Lakers have with the Spurs are all within a span of 10 days. As long as Bynum keeps up the good work we should have no problem taking out the Spurs for all 3 games.

Speaking of the NBA…Mark bought NBA Jam so I’ve been watching him play and it’s pretty hilarious. They just use cropped photos of the heads of players and mount them on top of animated bodies. I’ll put a link to a clip but before I do that we just thought the lineup for the Phoenix Suns was so hilarious! It’s Nash and the dude who impregnated his wife. Ouch. Hahaha. Forever immortalized in an XBOX360 game…just priceless.
Or maybe I won’t attach a video…people keep talking over their videos and it’s kind of annoying. Meh.
And before I go this is the only picture I’ve taken since I’ve come to Hawaii. We stopped by Yogurtland yesterday and they had a Birthday Cake Batter flavor! YUM! We both mixed it with the Red Velvet Cupcake batter and it was like heaven in a cup. All it needed was a few sprinkles and a little drizzle of condensed milk to make it JUST right!

Back to the Lakers, if the Mavericks lose today then it’ll be a 3 way tie for 6th, 7th and 8th place. They really need to make a last effort push in order to win these final games before the playoffs. They have a couple days before their last game so it’ll give them some time to practice before they have to start the playoffs.
I just don’t know how it’s a 1 point game at this point because the shooting percentages for the Lakers are horrible.

We all know Kobe has been out because of his left shin injury from that game against the Hornets but here’s some more information about the injury.
It’s actually called TENOSYNOVITIS.
“Tenosynovitis is inflammation of the lining of the sheath that surrounds a tendon (the cord that joins muscle to bone). The synovium is a lining of the protective sheath that covers tendons. Tenosynovitis is inflammation of this sheath.”
It occurs most commonly in the hands, wrist and feet but can also occur wherever there is a tendon sheath.
Why does this injury affect Kobe and why is he out?
Well, this not only causes difficulty in the movement of joints but it also causes redness, swelling and pain in the joint area. It’s better to rest Kobe for the playoffs rather than to risk injuring him any further. Any cuts in the area might also lead to infection which would require immediate surgery.
The only thing Kobe and the Lakers need to watch out for is that with treatment recovery should not be a problem but if the injury and swelling was due to an overuse of the joint and the product of a repeated activity there is a chance that Tenosynovitis will come back which is not good news.

I actually haven’t been to the beach yet because well…I don’t really care for the beach. It is what it is.
I bought Silent Hill (The old one) to play but…it freaked the shit out of me early on so….I’m going to return it. Yup. I’m a big ol’ chicken.
But I’ve been watching Mark play Saints Row the Third and I have to say it’s pretty entertaining. He even made a character after me. She looked pretty strange though…her cheekbones were a little too high…but her Russian accent made up for everything.
I also like identifying every car that the cars in the game are modeled after. Most are weird hybrid versions of cars like half Jaguar and half Mitsubishi or half Bentley and half Chrysler. Hahaha. Mark’s been pretty comfy in his wannabe CTS or otherwise known as the “Sovereign”. Pretty close to the original though.
And all the gangsters drive the Rolls Royce and Bentley knock offs.
But that’s not why I’m writing this blog. I started this entry because I saw a classic beauty in the parking lot the other day. Any guess as to what it is?

Yup! That’s right! A classic 1973 Corvette!
Sorry for the awkward shots. There were cars on either side so I couldn’t take a better picture. Ugh you should have seen the paint job and those seats! God! They were to die for!
The Chevrolet Corvette or also known as the Chevy Corvette Stingray Coupe (C3) was designed to break away from the C2. It still used the same chassis but the interior and exterior were brand new designs.
And for those of you who are curious here is some background information on the Corvette.
The Corvette is made by Chevrolet which is a division of General Motors and it has been in production for 6 six generations now. The first prototype was a concept car that was debuted in 1953 at the GM Motorama. And I’m sure for those of you who have read my previous posts they will already know that the name “Corvette” comes from a small warship that they used to use in World War II. The warship has been around since the 1650s but the modern Corvette warship that we know now was designed during WWII.
And I’m sure most of you already know but the Corvette is also called the Stingray.
The Corvette that I saw on the street is a 3rd generation Corvette and it was modeled after the concept car the Mako Shark II which was designed by Larry Shinoda in 1961.
I actually really like the naming of cars using an aquatic theme. It not only keeps with the sea theme that the name “Corvette” brings to the table but it also sets these cars apart from the other cars that just name their automobiles after big cats.
Mark was part of a group survey one time and when they asked what they would like their dream car to be named after almost everyone responded that they wanted it named after a big fast cat. Weird huh? I rather have a Shark than a Cougar anyday. UGH MERCURY COUGAR! Gross…
wait I take that back. I’d take a muscle car classic Cougar…BUT only if I couldn’t get my hands on a Shark or a Stingray.
I mean, throughout the years there have been slight changes and improvements to the design along the way but by only changing what is necessary (under the hood & technological advances) the Corvette keeps the feel of being a classic. Chevrolet isn’t afraid to change with the times which is great for both newer and older customers but by maintaining the same body shape and style it makes the car more relatable to a number of generations which helps Chevy keep a steady flow of customers as their business grows.
There’s a reason the Corvette is called the “Mid-Life Crisis Car”. It’s a car that people dream of owning, it doesn’t have to be specific to a certain generation of Corvette or even body style. Corvette just possesses this hold on customers by offering them something old and familiar yet something new to them to experience. The feeling of driving a Corvette or riding in a Corvette sometimes gives people the same thrill as seeing another one on the road. It’s that connection that Americans feel to an all around classic. This pull to an immediate relief of stress and worry which is replaced by adventures and speed draws customers from all age groups to indulge in the Corvette. And that is why it has done so well for so many generations. There are so many cars that have never survived past the 50s and 60s but the Corvette has proved time after time that there is something to be said about their way of design and marketing. I can only imagine what they will be like in another 60 years.
I’m so glad being in Hawaii doesn’t stop me from spotting nice cars. Always nice to see a Bentley somewhere close by. Don’t really care for the soft top or the bumpy edges on the rear but it is what it is.
What have I been doing in Hawaii? Mostly just looking for a job and walking around. Haha.
We found the perfect apartment though! We’ll sign the lease sometime next week. I am SO EXCITED! I’ll post some pictures up when I can.
Oh and guess who picked up their baby from the shipping dock? THIS BITCH RIGHT HERE! I’m so happy to have my car back. I know I can walk to almost anything on this island but it’s just nice to know that my baby will be here with me. It just sucks that I’ll have to give up my California plates though…I think I might just register and get a custom license plate instead of a boring regular Hawaii license. It’s only about $25 more a year so it’s not too bad.
All the California Girl references are taking so maybe I can do something like this…

I guess I’ll have to think about it some more to see what I can come up with. If any of you guys have any suggestions I want to hear them!

And because it’s so close to the playoffs I thought I’d post my bracket. The last few spots might change as the regular season comes to an end but it shouldn’t make too big of a difference in the overall outcome.
And I’m sad we won’t be able to go this year but we’ll start the tradition again next year so I’m pretty excited about that! We’re going to make a trip of it every year and visit a new city and watch a different team go to the playoffs. It’ll be fun.
We’ll see how it goes. I’ll probably end up placing a few bets here and there but that’ll be nothing new. I’m surprised at how many teams have just been KILLING it lately! Just giving it their all as the season comes to a close.
I think Lebron will get his ring this year and another MVP trophy. Who else but the King right?
But if the Thunder or the Bulls won I wouldn’t be as disappointed either. We’ll see who can bring their A game when it comes down to it!

Pacers vs Bucks game on right now. I wish the Bucks could just win these last few games so they could make it to the playoffs! A girl can dream right? It’s going to be hard to win against the Pacers though, they’ve been on a roll!
It kind of actually started yesterday! Mark got me all new tires yesterday for my baby which was such an amazing and thoughtful gift!
Now I can be safer on the road! Hahaha. I’ve worn out my tired some because of all that racing but now they’re all nice and new again! Muhahaha!
Also got some Ohagi rice balls yesterday at Ala Moana! YUM! It’s so hard for me to find these so whenever I do I get so happy and nostalgic for Japan…

I also got to watch the end of the Suns game as well as the beginning of the Lakers game yesterday while we were waiting for them to change my tires.
I don’t know what I would do without Yelp!
And after all that tire changing goodness we went to Korean BBQ and Karaoke because of Mark’s promotion! Yay!
I actually had a lot of fun, there were some fun characters last night. It was like I was in an episode of the pale version of Jersey Shore but with military people. They can just call it North Shore, a bunch of pale white guys getting piss drunk and singing Madonna songs. PRICELESS!
And guess what I woke up to this morning?

Mark woke up at 6 in the morning to drive to this 5 star donut place to get me fresh donuts for my birthday.
They were so fresh that they just melted in my mouth.
Yeah, be jealous.
And if that wasn’t awesome enough, after all the sugary sticky goodness we went for a drive all around the island. It was the perfect day outside so it was gorgeous!
Right after I took this picture this country bumpkin family walked out onto the beach. Boy was it weird. The Dad looked like Darrell from Storage Wars, they had 3 little boys with Mohawks, 1 older son who looked kind of like a taller chubbier Bobby from King of the Hill, Mom had half red half blond hair braided and they brought their uncle Jimmy with them and guess what he was wearing?
A famer hat, a hawaiian shirt and overalls. STRAIGHT UP OVERALLS! DOWN TO THE GROUND OVERALLS!
I wanted to take a picture but: a) it had just started sprinkling/raining and b) I didn’t really want to be beat up.
God…it was so weird though.
Then we went to get some Mexican which was delicious.
I had fresh clams cooked in Garlic butter with a side of Spanish rice. It was actually really good. Yum Yum!
And after that for dessert we had the best shaved ice this side of the west coast!
We went to Matsumoto’s shaved ice. Mark got Cherry, Grape and Orange and I got Watermelon and Strawberry with condensed milk. This shit is good! Who thought you could make shaved ice into something so mind blowingly delicious!
I’ll take whoever comes to visit! That has to be an incentive right? Lolz.
And then it was back to the road for some more adventures!

If you look at Ron Artest’s face it looks like he didn’t even know that Harden was there. He was just happy with his awesome play and reacted accordingly.
So what does this mean? Not only does he not get to finish the regular season if the Lakers somehow lose in the first round against the Nuggets the suspension will be good till the next season.
What the bloody hell?
Yeah he deserves a couple games of suspension without pay but 7 seems a bit excessive to me.
Come on…he’s bipolar, cut him some slack!
But it’s Artest, he’s no stranger to the flagrant foul…

And the Hawks beat the Clippers!
Blake Griffin made 36 points and Chris Paul had 34 but IT STILL WASN’T GOOD ENOUGH TO BEAT THE HAWKS!
You know why? Because the Hawks had 4 players scoring in the double digits!
The Hawks had an overall better shooting percentage over the Clippers tonight.
And the Heat and the Celtics are going at it!
I was watching the first half at work and the Celtics were having trouble scoring ANY points but now they’re leading by 6!
They’re having a very low scoring game where the Thunder and the Kings are scoring like crazy!
But Lebron, Wade and Bosh aren’t playing today and Allen, Garnett, Rondo and Pietrus are out for the Celtics.
And of course Lebron is just DOMINATING the competition!
The Knicks are getting pretty frustrated with how things are going…you can kind of tell with all the flagrant fouls and technicals that the Knicks are picking up today.
Lebron’s taken quite a beating today but NOTHING stops the King!
He’s taken a handful of charges like a champ! And he’s made some amazing shots a lot of them while being fouled.
Dwyane Wade has been sliding all over the floor too.
Lebron’s the leading scorer today with 27 points! Playin it like a BOSS!
And yes I am wearing my Lebron jersey today. Why wouldn’t I be? I’ll buy some more and mod them as the playoffs continue.
And the Bulls might just have to play without Rose for the rest of the playoffs.
We’re not sure how bad his injury is but he’s been out for a good portion of the regular season and it might just continue like that through the Playoffs. The Bulls will have no problem annihilating the Sixers but I don’t think they’ll be able to win the Championships without Rose.
Might be an ACL tear which is not good news for Rose or the Bulls.
On another note. Rose sold the most jerseys this year beating out some other superstars. It’s funny because I haven’t seen a Rose jersey on anyone this year.
Iman’s hurt. Ouch. Wade made an awesome shot though…well he’s made several awesome shots.
It’d be awesome if the Heat swept the Knicks but I give the Knicks 1 win in New York but no more than that.

It was a pretty entertaining magic show. Mark remembered that I liked magic and since I went to the Magic Castle for my birthday last year it was a nice treat to have a little tradition going on for my birthday celebration.
I mean…who DOESN’T like magic?
They also had Polynesian dancers which was a nice touch.
We’ve also been going to Yogurtland pretty frequently.
They don’t change their flavors but I guess it’s kind of hard when you’re on an island. But I’m not complaining…they have both the Birthday Cupcake Batter and the Red Velvet Cake Batter so I am a happy camper!
It’s a nice long walk down to Yogurtland so it always feel like a bit of a reward.
And guess what I came home to the other day?

There is one thing that sucks about Hawaii. They keep playing all these commercials for different restaurants that don’t exist here in Hawaii.

And just as I typed that a Sonics commercial came on.
I can’t even remember all of them! Meh. It’s okay.

I was watching TNT last night at the Harbor Pub when Charles Barkley got DOUSED with champagne.

After a while Kenny just refused to sit down and he eventually just ran off stage. I’d be scared if I was him too. I can only imagine what Charles did to him afterwords.

I was surprised by the 76ers win and greatly disappointed by the Celtics last minute win against the Hawks.

Also surprised at how the Jazz just weren’t able to keep up with the Spurs today. Losing by 31 points IS pretty severe.
The Spurs had 7 players scoring in the double digits today which is pretty impressive. The Jazz just had an overall horrible shooting percentage today which just made it easier for the Spurs to clinch the win today.
And the Grizzlies need to keep up the lead through the 3rd till the end of the 4th to win it. This series might end up going all 7 games at the rate its at now.

Who thought I would find one in the streets of Honolulu.
Oh, did I also mention that I live next to all the luxury car dealerships? So every walk around the neighborhood is filled with Lamborghini’s and BMWs a plenty. Yum Yum!

And since I haven’t had the opportunity to write about cars I thought this would be a perfect time.
I thought my car blog entry days would be few and numbered in between since I had left LA but I’m glad Hawaii is proving to be a different type of car mecca for me. I’ve seen some classics here that I haven’t had the chance of seeing in LA.
So let’s talk about the Ferrari 250. Ferrari manufactured the 250 series from 1953 to 1964 and it included a lot of different variants which ended up becoming Ferrari’s most successful early line. It eventually ended up being replaced by the 275 and the 330 which I will talk about another time.
A lot of the 250s had the same wheelbases. The small wheelbase cars would be 2,400mm where the long wheelbase models would be 2,600mm. Most cars not only had the SWB but also the same type of lightweight V12 engine that made the Ferrari much lighter than other competitors which made the Ferrari 250s a car to be reckoned with when it came to racing. These lightweight engines weren’t the fastest engines of their time but for the weight they had a pretty impressive output which has lead the 250 series to many victories in several different racing competitions.
As soon as they debuted this car they were selling like hot cakes as well as being used in races. The combination of low weight + high power + well-sorted suspension = made this car a winner.
This car is, till this day, still seen as one of the top cars of the 1960s as well as one of the best Ferraris of all time.
I’m just lucky that there are people out there maintaining such classics so that I can enjoy them too.
Maybe I can just wait at Jack in the Box to see if it rolls by again…
Whenever I think of KD anymore I can’t help but think of his Doodle Jump/Sprint commercial. I ended up downloading the game because of the commercial but it was just so so. Nothing too special about it. I’m going to go back to playing Draw Something and Hang Something or other.
Thunder vs Lakers will be an awesome upcoming series and Mark and I are very much looking forward to it. It feels like it was just yesterday when we were at the Playoffs games 2 years ago between the Lakers and the Thunder. The Thunder won’t be as easy to beat this year so the Lakers will have to bring all that they’ve got to make it a good series of games.
I’m sure we’ll have our own bets going on when the time comes for them.
We’ll be able to watch the Playoffs from Hong Kong…right? RIGHT?
I’d be happy too if Fisher could get another ring before Kobe.

My heart was racing in my chest when I saw Rondo go in for the steal but Smith and Horford stepped up their defense at the right moment to box out Rondo from passing to Garnett.
It was just a great job and there were some awesome plays tonight as well.
Both teams had a total of 5 players scoring double digits but the Hawks had a better scoring percentage overall.
I have to hand it to the Celtics for their 2 buzzer beaters by Garnett and Rondo.
2 out of 4 of my predictions came true so all I need to do is keep my fingers crossed for the last 2 games on tonight.
