Wrote a new article on my Top 10 list for the upcoming 2013 NBA Free Agency this summer!
Check it out and thanks for the support!
Don’t make me trade you to Kris Humphries’ entourage…
Sorry about the Chinese subtitles.
This commercial takes me back to my high school days. I don’t really care about shoes so whenever I had a new pair on, which would be once a year or so, EVERYONE would notice. WHY DO YOU KNOW I HAVE NEW SHOES?!?!
Is this what children today are interested in? New shoes EVERYDAY?
One of many falls today during the game…but this one WAS pretty scary…
But that’s not what I wanted to show you guys, it was this:
Lebron’s 3 was so DEEP! Look at that shit!
Boy was it a miraculous shot!
He wasn’t able to keep his 30+ points game with a 60% shooting streak going today.
He got all the way up to 6 games but today he made 39 points shooting 58%.
Either way, I’m still proud of Lebron!
And Michael Jordan is stupid to pick Kobe over Lebron. But I’m not going to get into that right now.
And the Lakers game was greatly disappointing…
The Clippers were banking 3’s like there’d be no tomorrow!
That play was amazing!
Cole to Lebron on that fast break!
And look at Lebron spin his way to some more points!
Good job to the Lakers for giving it their all (for the first 3 quarters like they always do).
I don’t know what it is but I swear some witch years back cursed the Lakers so that any lead that they had would completely dissolve in the 4th quarter.
You Lakers fans know what I’m talking about.
The Heat had some nice Sunday jerseys on as well. Good game Heat and congrats Lebron for 5 straight games with 30+ points!
The Clippers have lost EVERY game this week, including their loss today to the Portland Trailblazers, who they will play again tomorrow AND the Cleveland Cavaliers have won 3 games in a row.
Yes! The CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WITHOUT LEBRON JAMES HAS WON THREE CONSECUTIVE GAMES IN A ROW!
I am so proud of you guys!
And both the Cavs and the Trailblazers won by ONE POINT!
What can you say? Kyrie Irving has been on FIRE! Boom shaka laka!
He’s gone from 40 points against the Celtics to 35 points against the Bucks and then 32 points tonight against the Toronto Raptors!
Here’s the game winning shot he made against the Raptors!
Seriously. How amazing is that shot? He was NO WHERE NEAR the three point line!
It’s been one hell of a week! That’s for sure!
And how do I know that? You may ask.
I know because the Clippers have lost 3 consecutive games in a row.
Boy is it a good day to be a Lakers fan.
We’re FINALLY winning for once.
And we’re about to beat the Utah Jazz.
Although I must admit, Dwight Howard looks like someone from Shakespearean times.
Look at his legs. He’s wearing, what seem to be, white tights.
Yes, they are athletic wear for his bull shit injuries or what have you but it’s still funny to see him hobbling around court looking like a jester of some sort.
But yes anyways, the Clippers have lost to the:
Golden State Warriors on the 21st,
Oklahoma City Thunder on the 22nd,
Phoenix Suns on the 24th.
Boy has it been an awesome week.
Now we just need the Trailblazers to kick some serious Slop City ass and THIS girl will be ALL smiles!
For the GSW game all their shooting percentages were pretty low. They were missing a lot of 3’s and free throw shots.
Yes Chris Paul didn’t play against the Thunder but I doubt they would have won anyways.
And with Chris Paul still out for the Suns game, scores (and I’m guessing morale) just plummeted into the red zone. They’re field goal attempts and 3 point shots only averaged around 33-39%.
But I’m not complaining.
Every time Blake Griffin misses a free throw, an angel gets his wings.
I’ve been worried because I haven’t seen as many air balls from him but with only 2 out of 8 free throws made on Thursday, I don’t think I have much to be worried about anymore.
One little side note before I go though,
We were watching “Family Game Night” on TV because we had left the TV on the HUB channel and one of the prizes was for tickets to a Clippers game and the TV announcer introduced the prize as,
“You can win an L.A. Clippers VIP Experience! Where you can see such stars such as Chris Paul, Blake Griffin and…
HAHAHAHAHAHA. I swear that is what she said!
It was hilarious. It made my day, THAT’S for sure.
I don’t know about everyone else but I am NOT a fan of the new Denver Nuggets throwback jerseys.
It screams a little too 80’s for me. I mean they DID just bring back the jersey in just another more vibrant color. Here is the 1985 version.
There have been white ones, blue ones, purple ones, black ones and now they’re just in yellow.
And here are the Nike Air Force III’s that go with the jersey. (Released back in 2008).
Yes, they were designed with the Denver Nuggets throwback jersey in mind. Somehow I don’t think I could walk down the street without feeling absolutely self conscious and stupid with these shoes on but to each their own.
The use of multiple blue tones in combination with the stripe combinations down the shorts makes it look quite a bit awkward.
And when you add the matching shoes it just makes them look like huge crayons running down the court. They’d be a combination of McDonald’s puke yellow and Periwinkle fever.
All the jerseys that have been coming out this year have been horrendous. And it’s not just the Denver Nuggets but teams such as the OKC Thunder and the Charlotte Bobcats have had similar design malfunctions.
What was wrong with the old simple Nuggets jersey?
And I don’t really care for the ABA Hardwood Jerseys either…
Looks like a design mix between a baseball uniform and a hockey jersey. It’s pretty funny that they put a pick with a gold nugget on there.
Why the numbers are different colors and what that blue background that looks like a space orbit is doing behind the pick and the logo, I have no idea.
I have enough rainbow going on with my own school colors, I don’t think I want it on an official NBA jersey… but I guess I got lucky not to have the Nuggets as my home team. I’d look like a big rainbow bumblebee walking around the streets with THIS jersey on.
I hear the Magic School bus is always looking to hire.
