Miami Heat sign Chris Andersen to a 10 day contract

The Miami Heat have signed Chris Andersen to a 10-day contract and he is set to debut on Wednesday when the Heat is set to host the Toronto Raptors.

Who by the way beat the hell out of the Lakers today. The Lakers lost against a team that has NO chance of getting to the playoffs and it just shows how weak our game plan and overall execution is as a team.

Mark says that acquiring Chris Andersen is good for the Heat because they need a center but I have NEVER cared for the “Birdman”. I’ve seen him play with the Nuggets and I never found him to be anything special. For me, he always lacked any type of real shooting ability and seemed to lag behind on court but maybe he can redeem himself while he is on the Heat. I guess we could use a shotblocker and a rebounder.

Andersen hasn’t played an NBA game since last March when he was still playing for the Nuggets. The Nuggets ended up waiving him through the amnesty clause last July. And of course he has had some drug problems here and there but hopefully he will be smart enough to actually pass his piss test for once.

We’ll see how it goes~

LET’S GO ATLANTA FALCONS! BEAT THOSE NO GOOD 49ers!

Lakers welcome Antawn Jamison!

And not Dwight Howard! Woo Hoo!

Yes there are still rumors going around that the DH trade is still possible but I hope to god it isn’t. Like I keep saying, I rather have a younger Bynum who is only getting better with time than Howard who just seems to whine more as the days go by.

Aw yeah! We won’t have the worst bench in the league anymore! Awesome. I’ve been counting down the days…

Jamison is the man when it comes to point scoring AND rebounds. He can be the Sixth Man on the Lakers ANY day. Yes please.

Cool fact about Jamison: He is the only player next to Dirk Nowitzki in NBA history to accumulate over the length of his career at least 1,000 three-pointers, 7,000 rebounds and a whopping 19,000 points.

That’s pretty amazing if you ask me.

Welcome to the Dream Team! Oh Yeah!

6th ring before Kobe?

Possibly.

I’m glad Fisher will be with the Thunder and not the Rockets. I can keep an eye on him while I make sure Durant and Westbrook are doing well. Mark said I sound like a mom…I guess I do sometimes huh?

Wouldn’t it be a trip if Fisher got his next ring before Kobe did? Hahaha. I’d LOVE to see that. Yes I love the Lakers but Fisher was my favorite player so I’ll support him wherever he goes. I can wear my OKC Fisher jersey over my Lakers one. Hahaha.

The new number he picked is his age…37. How cute. Awww! My children are all grown up now!

Maybe I SHOULD go to that Lakers vs Thunders game coming up…hmmmm

Let’s see what my paycheck says. Well. I guess I could since I finished school and what not but I always feel awkward going to games where I like both teams. I can’t be myself. I rather stick to a Clippers vs Thunder game. UGH I WENT TO ONE EARLIER THIS SEASON AND THE THUNDER LOST! No one talked shit to me that time though.

Overall…(most times) Clippers fans are nicer than Lakers fans. Except for that one time last week when I went to go see Josh Smith and TMac play. How could you hit on me after you talk smack to me all game long? Forget you. Hahaha.

Yay Fisher! I am so happy for you!

Well the Thunder BETTER beat the Clippers tonight!

What? Foye’s dropping points? Man…that’s whack.

No Howard. No Rondo. No Williams. Just Wallace.

Rasheed Wallace? Really? When and how did that happen?

Do the Lakers even need a Forward? Is it to cover Pau leaving? But when asked that question they just said it was to “strengthen the bench”. Man I haven’t seen Wallace play since that last game of the finals in 2010. I wish we could just all take a play from his handbook and retire for 2 years and then jump back in like it never happened.

Is he even in shape to play? (I mean he is getting a little old for the NBA at 37). I’d still take Allen Iverson instead. OR CAN I HAVE BOTH? Hahaha.

And I guess the Lakers haven’t given up on Dwight Howard just yet. They offered to trade Bynum for Howard. Uhh…like the Magic would want JUST Bynum. It’d have to be Pau + Bynum + some other incentives like the TPE and picks. Well after this weekend it’ll be a rush to sign before the deadline. I still think Rondo is our best bet. Maybe Rondo + Wallace will make a good pair for the Lakers. I don’t think we need Jermaine O’ Neal though.

GO WEST! I knew we could do it this year! And I guess we’ll just all have to welcome Wallace to LA.

Structuralism and Deconstruction

Sorry, this post isn’t about cars or the NBA. What else could I possibly have to write about?

Structuralism and Deconstruction

It’s something that the second I try to understand the meaning, I am lost but because I am lost I am able to understand. For you can not deconstruct something without using it during deconstruction. To tear apart is to understand. And to understand is to admit to it’s existence. Is it? For freeplay can only exist within a structure, which in turn is in itself organized but because of such grounding and organization, freeplay is limited. Substitutions are limited. But in a finite field, the substitutions are limitless. The act of freeplay itself is deconstruction, but what more is deconstruction that the act of creative reading. But nothing is original. Everything is structured. The center is a center but also the non-center. It exists within the structure but it is not limited to the structure for there can be a center outside of the structure. Then what is the center? Where are the limits and bounds to the center? Are there any? What is the sign? What does it signify? But the signifier and the signified are not the same. There is a loss of meaning between the two. What is the true interpretation of interpretation if there is any?

Maybe I just don’t understand at all. Or maybe my deconstruction of it, means that I do understand it.
