HonoluluOpoly! Collectible’s Find!

2013-02-24_10-32-09_187

So Mark and I went to the 23rd Annual Hawaii Collectors Expo down the street at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall.

We got in for free with our military IDs today! Yay!

There were some cool and interesting things, but I need to cut down on the spending so we mostly browsed through the stalls.

But guess what I found?!

HonoluluOpoly!

Apparently it’s a Nationalopoly game and they do it to raise money for the needy people in the areas the game is produced for, which is pretty neat.

I looked it up and it was made in 1989! 24 years ago! Can you believe it?

Everything inside was still there too, give one small movable token, but that’s okay.

They have auto dealerships, the Dole plantation, hotels and even Ruth’s Chris on the board! Hahaha! Yes!

Paid $4 as you can see and I love it!

Don’t know if I want to play it or not…I might end up sending it to my cousins as a little gift. Hopefully they’ll take good care of it.

It’s nice to own a little bit of history, don’t you think?

Happy Sunday!
